Shipping/Processing Policy

we do not make up our shipping prices and we do not add on any costs to the shipping charges, we make our shipping as cheap as we possibly can so we are so sorry if you find the shipping overpriced etc but this is the royal mails prices! :)

All orders will have a processing time of 1-7 days! We usually aim to get your order out next day but this is not always possible so we are incredibly sorry for any delays in dispatch time! If you have any issues please feel free to DM us on Instagram or Email us ([email protected]).

If your order has been shipped and you have been waiting a while for it and you are worried that your parcel may have been lost in the post please feel free to Instagram DM or Email us ([email protected]) and we will find the best way to resolve the issue! Please also note that some delays are expected in some areas of the world due to COVID19, This is something we can’t control so we are incredibly sorry for this if you experience these delays when purchasing from us.

We would like to kindly ask that you don’t go straight to PayPal (if you paid via PayPal) and put in a claim and say that your order hasn’t arrived when you haven’t DM us first as this effects our business when it could easily be resolved over Instagram DM or Email ([email protected]).

please note that emails can take up to 32 Hours to respond to but we aim to reply within a few hours! :)
