Refund/Returns Policy
Once your order is shipped it is completely out of our responsibility of what happens to it! This means if in the unlikely event where your order comes damaged we sadly will not take any responsibility for it as it wasn’t our doing! We will try our best to arrange it with Royal Mail and try any get money back for it which we can give it to you but if that’s not possible we sadly can’t give you a refund!
If your order arrives wrong and there’s something of my doing such as I gave you the wrong item etc I would happily to send you a replacement or give you a refund depending if we still have this product in stock!
Sadly once you have placed your order you can’t cancel it! This is mainly due to all the fees from our payment methods (which get take off from us) we would loose money if we gave you a refund as we can’t get that fee money back! We are incredibly sorry for any inconvenience caused with this but it wouldn’t really be fair on us due to the fact we would be loosing money.
In most situations you wouldn’t be given a refund of your shipping cost if we refund your order for any reason due to that we haven’t got that money anymore and it’s already been spent, I hope you can understand this.
